Coaching sessions are designed to be a conversation between the coach and the coachee. The focus is on helping the coachee discover answers for themselves.This approach encourages active participation and engagement, leading to more effective outcomes. Coaching if founded on trust, and so all sessions are confidential.

What coaching is not

Coaching in and outside the workplace is a unique practice that differs from counseling, teaching, and consulting. While many coaches use a "telling" style of direction, life coaches rely on questioning and reflection to guide their clients. Both are equally important, but require different approaches.
